Being bullied is no fun and bully free zone has information to help children and parents deal with cases of bullying. As with most things prevention is better than cure. Make sure children know what bullying is so if it happens to them, then they understand what is happening. Also children might become bullies, without really understanding what they are actually doing. Empathy is the best teacher.
